Return Eligibility
Due to the custom nature and intimate use of dakimakura pillow covers, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is:
- Incorrect (wrong design, size, or fabric)
- Defective or damaged upon arrival
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Reported to us within 7 days of delivery

Please do not return any items without prior approval.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs.
However, if your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim or offer a solution depending on the situation.
